Medi manicure treatment ( skin on hands)

Karma's new signature Medi Mani is a combination of IPL, nd:Yag, and IPL. The hands have just as much UV exposure as our face, but they are areas that we tend not to protect with spf when out in the sun or give as much care and attention to when it comes to our skincare routine for our face. This treatment targets sun damage, thin crepey skin and dehydration. What does the Medi Mani feel like? You will feel a gentle warming of your skin for the Laser Genesis (Nd:yag) part. Even though it's warm, it's very relaxing and people liken it to being in the sun or like warm raindrops falling on their face. For the IPL part it has been described as a rubber band being snapped against the skin and can be mildly uncomfortable, not painful.
